One of our major projects in Berlin is the construction of the Luisenblock West of the German Bundestag in the government district. Together with PRIMUS Development, we are responsible as general contractor for all planning, manufacturing and construction services. The renowned architectural office sauerbruch hutton from Berlin is responsible for the architecture. The new office building includes 400 offices that will be completed by the end of 2021.

By the way: The majority of the modules are produced in our production facility in Berlin Köpenick - i.e. only 20 km away from the construction site = short transport route ....
