SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The property is located on the site of the former Hummel barracks and in the urban development area Reininghausgründe. It is the first six-storey wooden building in Steiermark. The 92 residential units are located in four buildings. Structurally, the structures consist of a concrete lift and staircase core - walls and ceilings were constructed from prefabricated cross-laminated timber elements, including windows and facades. The wooden facades reveal the chosen construction material.
